Will definitely stay at this chain again when they have a hotel in the location I plan to visit.
Breakfast was above and beyond expectations. The little touches made the stay very pleasant such as a sauna, ice cold water in the lobby, local treats out for guests.

Nice to stay for two days
Clean and comfortable. Nice to stay at the location. Close to most of the places.
Old elevator. And you have to scan the card at every door at the way of room. Too many doors at the way. Breakfast is not excellent.

An excellent stay with a minor inconvenience
The staff was exceptionally friendly, with a special mention to the blonde girl who went above and beyond to assist me (I’m sorry, I can’t recall her name). The location is fantastic, the room was comfortable, and the shower was particularly enjoyable.
I found hair both on the bed and on the towels. While the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, this is not the standard I expect from a Radisson. Considering the inconvenience, I would have appreciated a gesture beyond a simple apology — even something as small as offering a glass of wine would have made a difference.

Could be better
Good location to visit Helsinki, spacious room (but we had to ask for it).
Honestly, it was the least good Radisson I stayed in. And I've been at Radisson Hotels in many countries... The worst was the breakfast, some staff were rude with no sens of hospitality and service, add to this some ramdom music playing in the kitchen during the service, crowded place and so one... The breakfast was not a nice experience at this hotel... The room was OK but still below the standards of Radisson... shower head is tiny, there was a lamp that needed changing, but no-one bothered to do it in 3 days.... Some issues with the elevator (old but nice one!); clients forgot to close the door, so several times we were obliged to climb 4 floors... over all it was below expectations, unfortunately.
